Time to Spring into Action:
Review and update your insurance policies: Spring is a great time to review your existing insurance policies for your home, auto, and life. Make sure your coverage is adequate and up to date. Consider any changes in your circumstances, such as home renovations, new vehicles, or life events that may require adjustments to your policies.
Check for seasonal risks: Spring can bring specific risks like heavy rains, flooding, or increased storm activity. Review your policies to ensure you have coverage for these risks. Consider additional coverage options like flood insurance if you live in flood-prone areas.
Conduct a home inventory: Take inventory of your possessions and document them. This can be helpful in case of any loss or damage. Keep a detailed list, photos, or videos of your valuable items, including serial numbers and receipts, if possible. Store this information in a safe place or consider using digital platforms for easy access.
Maintain your property: Spring is an excellent time to conduct regular maintenance on your home and vehicles. Proper maintenance, such as cleaning gutters, inspecting roofs, and servicing your car, can help prevent potential damages and reduce the likelihood of a loss.
Evaluate life insurance needs: Spring can be a good time to reassess your life insurance coverage. Consider any changes in your family situation, financial obligations, or long-term goals that may require adjustments to your life insurance policy.
Remember, it's important to seek personalized advice from our office to ensure your specific needs are met.
Here is a little about me:
Welcome to my Levi Monk State Farm insurance office in beautiful Lexington, KY! Although my State Farm office primarily focuses on Fayette County and the surrounding area, we are licensed to serve Kentucky with their Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance needs, including auto, home, property, business, life, and pet insurance, as well as other policy services.
I’m originally from Louisiana and first began my State Farm career as an agent team member from 2012-2016. I was inspired to become an agent and open my own business in 2017 so I could have a positive impact on people’s lives.
As a State Farm agent, I believe it’s essential to take the time to know your customers in order to help them make the right educated decisions for protecting who and what they love.
When I’m not talking about insurance, I enjoy traveling, landscaping and home projects, volunteering and cooking for others, watching and discussing TV & movies, playing basketball and flag football, working out, rucking, and going out to eat with my family! I also hold a bachelor’s degree from L.S.U.
